Applying to University

If you have finished grade 10 this organisation helps you to apply for university and student scholarships in Asia (for example, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Cambodia). The degree courses use English language so it is very important to have a good level of English. They do not give any scholarships to Western universities. If you have no money you have to apply for two things:

1. University entrance
2. Scholarships

Many refugees also need to apply for a passport. You can apply for money from Thabyay Education Network to cover the cost of getting a passport. Talk to the advisors at Thabyay first.

University entrance and scholarship deadlines are in March each year. To apply you need to start preparing in November.
